Harakiri For The Sky announce new album 'Scorched Earth' + share wondrous new single

On January 24, 2025, the celebrated post-metal duo of Harakiri For The Sky will release their new album, Scorched Earth, via AOP Records, continuing a consistent track record of expansive releases that stray from a linear path. Illustrated by Bruno Gonzalez, the album comes introduced by the shape-shifting lead-single, With Autumn I'll Surrender — a number that leads with serene guitar melodies and instrumentation contrasting the pain-ridden screams. Expect to hear it on the road shortly after release as the band head out on tour with Swallow The Sun, Ghost Bath, and Snakes of Russia (dates below).

“With ‘With Autumn I’ll Surrender’ we’re finally releasing the first single of our upcoming album 'Scorched Earth'. For this purpose, we chose a song that combines the HFTS typical Post Black Metal energy with riffs that hail from the glorious times of the Grunge and Indie Rock era. A first hint where this album and its songs are leading us…”
