On June 6, Sweden's renowned Katatonia will usher in another chapter in their revered discography through Nightmares As Extensions of the Waking State. Arriving via Napalm Records, the band's new album introduces new guitarists Nico Elgstrand and Sebastian Svalland to the fold while expanding on the band's signature duality in sound. Light and darkness collide on lead single Lilac — a moving listen that aptly introduces the experience that awaits.
