Our last of this year's monthly features before the big one.
Halloween is nigh and we're back at it again with another monthly collection of illustrious endeavors, the likes of which stand tall among the rest we've seen this year. October's assortment proved to be quite strong, offering plenty of covers from across the metal spectrum to enjoy.
The month had us riding into glory with art by the renowned Adam Burke and Mariusz Lewandowski, each with their own respective style for SPIRIT ADRIFT and HEXER. Daniel Martin Diaz had us questioning our existence with his cover for PUSCIFER's Existential Reckoning while Gogo Melone puts us face to face with the utter destruction of RISE TO THE SKY's Death Will Not Keep Us Apart. Those who read our Behind the Cover feature on PALLBEARER's Forgotten Days know the significance of the fading family portrait that Michael Lierly has graciously painted with a variety of muted tones. These are but some of this month's best, so go on and discover the rest below while clicking through the links for the music itself.
